Mayo Clinic is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join its team, contributing to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment essential to delivering outstanding patient care. This full-time position, based at the Scottsdale location, offers an hourly wage ranging between $20.00 and $21.63 and includes eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the employee's health, financial security, and work-life balance. Work schedules include day shifts (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) and evening shifts (5:00 pm - 1:30 am), with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly. This includes patient rooms, offices, restrooms, corridors, floors, and other designated spaces within the facility. The role demands a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other staff members. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to fulfill daily tasks. This position does not offer visa sponsorship and requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. While previous housekeeping experience and conversational English proficiency are preferred, candidates without formal education beyond a high school diploma or GED are encouraged to apply if they meet the physical and communication requirements.
