Job Requirements

Minimum one year of housekeeping experience preferred
Able to read, write and speak English
Able to follow written and oral instructions
Able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently
Able to safely operate standard equipment required for the position
Able to work independently

Job Duties

Set up conference rooms
Transport beds to storage areas
Clean and sanitize entrances and lobbies
Clean and sanitize stairwells, elevators, restrooms, and non-patient care areas
Clean and sanitize patient rooms
Unpack, stock, cover, and deliver linen carts
Fold and stock scrubs into dispensing machines and organize shelving storage area
Distribute and track clean linens to user departments
Maintain stock levels on nursing units
Perform other duties as needed
