The Events/Sales Consultant role at Urban Air Adventure Parks is a dynamic and exciting position for someone who loves to engage with people and enjoys working in a fast-paced family entertainment environment. This position serves as the 'First Point of Contact' for Urban Air guests and is responsible for designing the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions tailored for various group events including birthday parties, church gatherings, sports teams, corporate team building sessions, and other social or community events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.

This consultant not only works directly with guests to customize their event experiences but also proactively seeks new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and participating in community events and chambers of commerce. The role requires multi-tasking abilities, computer proficiency, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences. The position offers unlimited earning potential through a base salary plus commission, motivating high performance and sales success.
