The role of Events/Sales Consultant at Urban Air is central to maintaining this unique experience. This full-time position combines a passion for customer service with strong sales expertise to generate business through event bookings such as birthday parties, church gatherings, sports groups, corporate team-building events, and other group activities. The Events/Sales Consultant acts as the first point of contact for guests and companies interested in booking events, working closely with them to design ideal packages that include food, drinks, and attractions specific to their needs. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency with phone and computer systems.
