Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in sales or customer service roles
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- proficiency with standard computer applications
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- ability to attend community events for networking
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to meet sales targets consistently

Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to book events
- work with customers to design event packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- engage in outbound prospecting to build connections with local organizations
- attend community and chamber events to promote brand awareness
- respond promptly to leads, ensuring follow-up within the same or next business day
- collaborate with the park team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the store's financial success
