The Events/Sales Consultant role is a vital frontline position within Urban Air, serving as the 'First Point of Contact' for guests who want to create the perfect event experience, whether it’s for birthday parties, church gatherings, sports groups, corporate team building, or other special occasions. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are outgoing, personable, and have a passion for sales and customer service. The Events/Sales Consultant is responsible for working directly with customers to design tailored combinations of food, drinks, and attractions to meet their group’s needs, ensuring a unique and memorable event.
Ideal candidates thrive in a vibrant, multi-faceted family entertainment scene and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Success in this role comes from building quality connections with local organizations, actively prospecting for new event business, attending community and chamber events to boost brand awareness, and managing leads with prompt, professional follow-up. This position offers unlimited earning potential through a base salary plus commission, motivating the consultant to consistently exceed sales goals and book events months in advance.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Strong communication skills
