Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to work weekends and evening shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid work authorization
  • Must be outgoing and personable
  • Willingness to attend community events and networking opportunities

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to plan group events
  • Design customized event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
  • Prospect and build connections with local organizations through outbound efforts
  • Attend community and chamber events to increase brand awareness
  • Manage leads promptly with same to next business day follow-up
  • Collaborate with park teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Meet and exceed sales goals consistently
