Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous sales experience preferred
- strong phone and computer skills
- ability to work weekend and evening shifts
- must be outgoing and personable
- must respond to leads promptly
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience in sales or customer service preferred
- ability to multi-task and manage computer-based tasks efficiently
- outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills
- ability to develop and maintain relationships
- prior experience in family entertainment or event sales is a plus
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for event guests
- design custom event packages with food, drinks, and attractions
- prospect and build relationships with local organizations
- respond promptly to all leads
- attend community and chamber events to increase brand awareness
- collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experience
- promote and sell party packages and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
