Job Requirements

- previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency with computer and phone communication

Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for event inquiries
- design customized event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- engage in outbound prospecting to build connections with local organizations
- attend chamber and community events to drive brand awareness
- respond to all leads promptly, within the same or next business day
- collaborate with the park team to ensure excellent guest experiences during events
- contribute to achieving financial targets and store success
- promote safety and maintain a clean, secure, and sanitary environment
- follow up with guests post-event to confirm satisfaction
- participate actively in team activities and support other duties as assigned
