Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Outgoing personality and team player
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to prospect and network to find new business
Job Qualifications

- Proven sales experience preferably in hospitality or entertainment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Outgoing and personable with customer service focus
- Ability to build relationships and meet sales targets
- Comfort with using phone and computer systems for sales and prospecting
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning events
- Design customized event packages combining attractions, food, and beverages
- Conduct outbound prospecting to develop relationships with local organizations
- Attend chamber and community events to promote Urban Air brand
- Respond to leads promptly within the same or next business day
- Work with park team to ensure excellent guest experience during events
- Collaborate with leadership team to drive sales goals and financial results
