Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sales or customer service
- ability to work weekends and/or evening shifts
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- reliable transportation
- willingness to attend community events for networking
- excellent phone etiquette
- ability to respond to leads promptly
- commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in group events
- design customized packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- conduct outbound prospecting to build relationships with local organizations
- attend local chamber and community events to promote brand awareness
- respond promptly to leads within the same or next business day
- collaborate with park team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- assist in achieving financial targets and driving event business
- offer exceptional verbal and written communication
- take ownership of responsibilities and support team members as needed
