The role of the Events/Sales Consultant at Urban Air Pittsburgh East is a vital and vibrant position designed for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service skills to the table. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests interested in booking group events such as birthday parties, church gatherings, sports team outings, corporate team-building events, and other group celebrations. The consultant’s primary responsibility is to work closely with guests to design customized packages that combine food, drinks, and the park’s numerous attractions to create unforgettable experiences.
Successful candidates will possess strong outbound prospecting skills to build and maintain quality relationships with local organizations, community groups, and business networks. Attending local chamber events and community gatherings is an integral part of this role to increase brand awareness and drive event bookings.
