Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in sales or customer service
  • ability to work weekends and/or evening shifts
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • reliable transportation
  • willingness to attend community events for networking
  • excellent phone etiquette
  • ability to respond to leads promptly
  • commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction

  • previous sales or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in group events
  • design customized packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
  • conduct outbound prospecting to build relationships with local organizations
  • attend local chamber and community events to promote brand awareness
  • respond promptly to leads within the same or next business day
  • collaborate with park team to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • assist in achieving financial targets and driving event business
  • offer exceptional verbal and written communication
  • take ownership of responsibilities and support team members as needed
