Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- strong interpersonal skills
- proficiency with phone and computer systems
- reliable transportation
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in event bookings
- design customized event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
- connect with local organizations through outbound prospecting
- attend community and chamber events to drive brand awareness
- manage lead follow-ups promptly, responding within the same or next business day
- book sales months in advance
- collaborate with park team to ensure excellent guest experiences
