Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Proficient computer skills and phone etiquette
  • Availability to work weekends and evening shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to participate in community outreach and networking events

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning events
  • Design custom event packages combining food, drinks, and attractions
  • Prospect and engage local organizations to drive event sales
  • Attend community and chamber events to increase brand awareness
  • Respond promptly to all sales leads within the same or next business day
  • Collaborate with the park team to ensure excellent guest experiences during events
  • Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
