This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and event coordination within the sports and recreational industry. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, providing detailed information about sporting events, leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-in sessions, as well as managing ticket sales, wristband concessions, and event-related administrative tasks. The role demands a customer-focused mindset to cultivate memorable family experiences and ensure every guest feels valued and supported during their visit.\n\nAdditionally, the Events Team Member assists in the coordination and execution of facility events and parties, handling logistics such as scheduling, organizing party supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with other staff members to ensure smooth operations. This includes adhering to party manuals, maintaining organized records of reservations and payments, and supporting marketing efforts to promote facility programs and events. This role requires excellent communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests, athletes, and staff alike. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service and greet guests courteously
- Manage event ticket and wristband concessions
- Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, and drop-ins
- Operate multi-line phones and provide wayfinding assistance
- Record and file waivers and event information
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating facility events and parties
- Maintain inventory and order party supplies
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
- Support social marketing strategies to promote events and parties
- Ensure adherence to the party manual and facility policies
