Job Description

Rancher Hat Bar is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in creating elevated, interactive hat bar experiences for a range of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations across the United States. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Rancher Hat Bar has established itself as a beloved partner to venues, wedding planners, and destination management companies (DMCs), delivering uniquely memorable western-luxury moments that elevate any occasion. With a commitment to creativity, quality, and impeccable service, the company is poised for continued growth and success in the luxury event market.

The position of Event Assistant at Rancher Hat Bar offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about the events industry and thrive in a behind-the-scenes role. This full-time role, based at the company’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, is designed for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. As an integral part of the events team, the Event Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, from the initial inquiry phase through the execution of the event.

The Event Assistant supports the events team by handling a variety of administrative tasks and coordinating communications with clients and partners. This includes managing inquiries, preparing proposals, following up with leads, and maintaining organized contact lists and CRM data. The role also involves outreach efforts aimed at expanding Rancher Hat Bar’s network of venues, wedding planners, and DMCs. Coordination duties extend to scheduling calls, assisting with logistical preparations, and contributing to the creation of event-related documents and materials.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys balancing multiple projects simultaneously, excels in communication and relationship-building, and has a genuine interest in events, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle brands. Prior experience in events, administrative support, or sales outreach will be highly beneficial, but the company values a self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team.

Working at Rancher Hat Bar means becoming part of a creative, fast-growing brand with a fun and collaborative culture. Team members enjoy the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while contributing to high-energy and unique experiences that leave lasting impressions. The position operates on a standard Monday to Friday 9-5 schedule, providing a consistent work routine in a stimulating environment.
