By prioritizing guest satisfaction and a safe, enjoyable environment, NRG Adventure Park has established itself as a popular destination for families and groups seeking high-quality entertainment experiences. They operate with a strong commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity employment, ensuring a respectful and welcoming atmosphere for all employees and guests.

The Events Supervisor at NRG Adventure Park plays a crucial leadership role in orchestrating birthday parties and group events. This position requires overseeing the entire lifecycle of events, from initial booking to day-of execution, ensuring smooth, seamless operations that uphold the park’s high service standards. The supervisor works closely with the Events Assistant(s) and reports directly to the Location Events Manager. The position demands hands-on involvement in event delivery, robust organizational skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and an unwavering guest-first attitude. The supervisor is also responsible for maintaining compliance with safety protocols, managing event inventories, troubleshooting challenges, and supporting administrative tracking and reporting of event details and performance. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and the physical capability to stand for long periods and handle event supplies. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in events or hospitality, preferably with supervisory experience, will thrive in this role. Strong leadership, team-building, sales aptitude, and proficiency with POS systems, including the ability to quickly learn NRG-specific platforms, are critical to success.
