The organization prides itself on its values of thoughtfulness, care, and collaboration in its hiring process, placing character alongside experience to identify true memory makers. The role of an Event Stylist within By Landmark Hospitality is both dynamic and integral to the company's mission of delivering extraordinary experiences. As the planner's planner, the Event Stylist is the calm and steady force at the center of life’s most joyous and eventful moments, particularly weddings and celebrations. This role combines elements of design, hosting, and planning, requiring a professional who can make complex event logistics appear effortless, manage the stresses of high-stakes occasions with grace, and imbue every event with a unique, personalized touch. The Event Stylist is responsible for building trust with clients from their initial inquiry through to the final dance, ensuring each celebration is truly one-of-a-kind.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a role that demands attentiveness to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a warm, personable demeanor that immediately puts clients at ease. They will meet with couples and clients to capture their vision and help them imagine the event in By Landmark’s beautifully maintained venues. The Event Stylist designs and produces events from start to finish, managing timelines and all the myriad details that make an event special. Keeping clients informed and anticipating their needs ensures a smooth, stress-free planning process. They are adept at researching, quoting, and closing sales with confidence and care. The role also involves partnering with vendors, leading event teams, and orchestrating seamless event execution. Flexibility is key, as this role requires working days, nights, weekends, and holidays – especially Wednesday through Sunday when most events take place.

Compensation includes a competitive salary plus commission, reflecting the importance of this role within By Landmark’s hospitality framework. The company offers competitive benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, employee dining discounts, and opportunities for career advancement and team engagement. Working at By Landmark means joining a supportive team that values each individual's contributions fully and invests in their growth and success. This listing is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals with a passion for event sales and production in upscale, fine-dining event environments, eager to make a meaningful impact in a prestigious hospitality company.
