Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions to ensure all preparations are agreed upon
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine organization, timeline, and special needs
- attend to and fulfill all special banquet event preparations
- follow up on special banquet preparation to ensure compliance
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
- protect company property and maintain confidentiality
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- provide team support to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted
- stand, sit, or walk for long periods during shifts
