This resort is an embodiment of luxury, featuring stunning architecture, meticulously maintained grounds, and a commitment to hospitality excellence that ensures every guest feels welcomed and valued.

The role being offered is a full-time, non-management position within the Food and Beverage and Culinary category, specifically focused on banquet event coordination and guest service. The successful candidate will work closely with group coordinators or hosts prior to receptions to ensure all event preparations are agreed upon and seamlessly executed. Privacy and asset protection are paramount, alongside supporting colleagues with dignity and respect to foster a collaborative team environment. Physical activity is required, including moving, lifting, and transporting objects weighing less than 25 pounds, prolonged standing or walking during shifts, and navigating various physical environments such as confined spaces, stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces. Effective communication skills are essential, including professional verbal interaction and proper telephone etiquette.

This inclusive culture is aimed at overcoming challenges and exceeding the expectations of luxury travelers. Joining The Phoenician means becoming part of a global team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality while advancing your career in a supportive and prestigious environment.
