Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous relevant experience in administrative or event support roles
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company uniform standards
  • Strong communication skills including telephone etiquette
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to perform other reasonable duties as assigned
  • Commitment to comply with all company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative support or event coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use professional and clear language in oral and written communication
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing documents accurately and timely
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members

Job Duties

  • Verify the planning and execution of events on the property
  • Provide on-site sales support to the general managers
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks as delegated by general managers
  • Serve as the primary contact for guests organizing and attending meetings
  • Act as the main liaison for Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams
  • Collect, develop, and update materials for Marriott.com property websites
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional appearance
