Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions to review and confirm preparations
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and organize logistics
- Attend to and ensure fulfillment of special banquet event preparations
- Track and follow up on special banquet preparations to guarantee compliance
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance
- Support colleagues respectfully and contribute to team goals
