This full-time, non-management Food and Beverage & Culinary position based at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa offers candidates a unique role centered around banquet event support. The purpose of this role is to coordinate and oversee preparations for banquet events, ensuring that all guest requirements and event details are accurately communicated and implemented. This position requires liaison with group coordinators and hosts prior to receptions to ensure a seamless event execution and to confirm that all preparations meet agreed standards. Responsibilities include reviewing banquet event orders to gather guest information, organizing event timelines, managing special guest requests, and coordinating buffet and food station setups. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No special licenses or certifications required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting under 25 pounds
