Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No special licenses or certifications required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting under 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shifts

Job Duties

  • Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions to review and confirm preparations
  • Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and organize logistics
  • Attend to and ensure fulfillment of special banquet event preparations
  • Track and follow up on special banquet preparations to guarantee compliance
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance
  • Support colleagues respectfully and contribute to team goals
