The role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of on-property events and providing sales assistance to the property General Managers. The candidate serves as the primary point of contact for guests who organize and attend meeting events, ensuring their entire experience is seamless and memorable. Additionally, this role liaises with the Group Sales Office and Area Sales teams, supporting the property through collaboration and information exchange.
Beyond sales and event management support, the role involves contributing to the digital presence of the property by collecting, developing, and submitting content to update the Marriott.com website. Administrative tasks vary and are assigned at the General Managers' discretion, highlighting the need for adaptability and organizational skills. Following company policies, maintaining professional appearance and conduct, and upholding confidentiality are essential day-to-day responsibilities.
