Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combined experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to USC's unifying values
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Flexible schedule to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays
- Relevant experience or ability to perform job responsibilities
- Ability to understand both verbal and written instructions in English

Job Duties
- Maintain a high standard of organization to effectively manage event equipment, staff uniforms, and personnel requirements
- Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and return of event equipment, including microphones, headsets, ticket scanners, radios, and wands
- Provide flexible operational support to the events team by assisting with a variety of tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient event operations
- Manage employee check-in at designated entry points and issue wristbands in accordance with event protocols
- Communicate clearly and professionally using two-way radios to support real-time event coordination
- Complete post-event documentation and reports, including tracking missing, damaged, or unreturned equipment
