Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality, event planning, hotel, or administrative experience preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills with professional email and business correspondence experience
- proficient with computers and standard office software
- highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude
- professional and confident when interacting with clients, guests, and team members
- strong administrative and office skills including scheduling, data entry, phones, and file management
- fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- able to perform the essential functions of the position safely and effectively
