Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation for travel to events
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Event setup and breakdown at event locations
- Act as the face of Renewal by Andersen sharing product knowledge and company values
- Engage attendees to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Attend meetings and training sessions to stay informed
- Transport, assemble, and dismantle booths and promotional materials
- Participate in contests and incentive programs
