The company's platforms empower partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more, delivering profound societal impact through the power of data. As a technology-driven software company, Palantir focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making capabilities by providing the right data to the people who need it most. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, the company has fostered a work culture centered on community, collaboration, and a shared mission to solve some of the world's toughest challenges.

The role of an Internal Events & Talent Program Manager at Palantir is a dynamic and impactful position within a cross-functional team dedicated to supporting the company’s people and culture through innovative programs, experiences, and operations. Palantir values adaptability, resourcefulness, and a collaborative spirit in this role, recognizing that priorities can shift and the organizational structure is flexible. The position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Palantir’s culture-building initiatives, contributing meaningfully to the company’s continued growth and success.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 - $103,000 per year, with total compensation possibly including Restricted Stock Units, sign-on bonuses, and other incentives based on qualifications and experience. The company promotes health and well-being across all aspects of its employees’ lives and fosters an inclusive, supportive work environment where individuals are encouraged to grow and thrive.
