We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Events Manager to lead our home shows and local events program across various states. This role plays a critical part in driving high-quality leads to our sales team by effectively planning, organizing, and managing events that engage prospective homeowners. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, an ability to coordinate multi-state event logistics, and a passion for community engagement and brand representation. You will be responsible for researching, booking, and negotiating event participation, managing budgets, coordinating on-site event execution, recruiting and training event staff, and ensuring optimal collection and tracking of leads to maximize return on investment.

This position demands frequent travel, including weekends and evenings, as events occur throughout the year and across several locations. - Willingness to travel frequently for events, including weekends and evenings
- Physical capability to lift and move event materials up to 40-50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic budgeting and lead capture tools

- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Plan and manage the annual schedule of home shows, fairs, and local events across various states
- Research, select, and book events that attract prospective homeowners, and negotiate booth rentals and sponsorships
- Oversee all event logistics, including contracts, booth setup, displays, collateral, and giveaways
- Lead on-site event execution, including setup, teardown, and addressing real-time challenges
- Recruit, schedule, and coach event staff and brand ambassadors on effective communication and lead capture techniques
- Ensure accurate collection of leads and timely transfer to the sales team, while tracking event performance and return on investment
- Manage event budgets and work with various vendors to ensure events run smoothly and within budget
