This dedication is reflected in the company’s mission to create lasting impressions and enrich lives through genuine care and exceptional service. With a presence that spans 122 hotels and resorts, 46 residential properties, and numerous projects in development across 47 countries, Four Seasons is celebrated as one of the world’s most admired luxury hospitality brands. The company’s philosophy emphasizes recognizing familiar faces, welcoming new ones, and treating everyone with warmth and respect, fostering an internal culture where individual craftsmanship and diversity are embraced.
At the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis, this ethos comes alive against a spectacular city skyline, connected by Skyway to key destinations in sports, business, and entertainment. The hotel offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine crafted by acclaimed chefs and a wellness level with indoor and outdoor pools along with a spa focused on natural well-being. It is a sanctuary of calm and luxury where guests are treated to extraordinary experiences, and employees enjoy a supportive environment cultivating creativity, respect, and teamwork. Since 1998, the hotel has been listed on FORTUNE Magazine's respected ranking of the 100 Best Companies to Work For.
The Events Planning Manager role at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is a career opportunity for professionals passionate about luxury hospitality and event management. This role requires a skilled individual to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of events, ensuring seamless operations and high guest satisfaction. The manager will maintain engagement and motivation among long-serving employees, establish clear communication lines with banquet and stewarding teams, and maintain a supportive presence during events. Responsibilities include coordinating function setups for both on-site and off-site events according to banquet event orders, communicating essential information to relevant teams, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all food offerings in partnership with the culinary team.
Additionally, the role involves offering expert guidance on wine and spirits in a refined environment, participating in operational meetings to strengthen interdepartmental collaboration, and managing labor and operating expenses with an emphasis on scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash flow management. Maintaining the banquet and stewarding facilities in optimal condition by inspecting equipment and structural issues, recommending improvements, and ensuring prompt follow-ups is essential to preserving guest satisfaction. The manager also provides leadership support across other departments as needed. This role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience and includes an impressive benefits package that supports both professional growth and work-life balance, such as inclusive health coverage, paid time off, a retirement plan, and unique perks like global discovery nights at Four Seasons locations. Joining this team means becoming part of an organization where your path aligns with purpose, creativity flourishes, and every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
