This competitive compensation is accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package and various perks designed to support the wellbeing and growth of employees.
Hyatt’s benefits program covers medical insurance for employees and their dependents for less than $125 per month after just 30 days of employment. Additional benefits include dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, basic life insurance, short-term disability insurance, new child leave and adoption assistance, paid time off including vacation accrual based on years of service, floating holidays, paid holidays, compassionate leave, jury duty leave, paid sick and safe time under Seattle regulations, and extended illness days.
