The Meeting Concierge acts as a vital liaison between Sales and Event Planning Managers and the on-site meeting contacts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the event process. This role is crucial in managing special requests and needs, providing detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event specifics. The Meeting Concierge must be resourceful, professional, and adept at collaborating effectively with various hotel departments to resolve concerns and adapt to changing circumstances. The goal is to exceed clients' expectations, guaranteeing a memorable and flawless experience for guests. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $28.60 to $29.17, based on tenure, with a starting rate of $28.60 per hour. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or event coordination experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
