In Seattle, the Hyatt brand includes prestigious properties such as the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Grand Hyatt Seattle, and Hyatt at Olive 8, all located in the vibrant downtown area. These hotels are recognized for their high standards in service, luxury accommodations, and premium event spaces, making them prominent venues for conferences, meetings, and special events in the Pacific Northwest region.

In this role, you will be the primary sales contact and liaison between meeting planners, clients, and the hotel teams, ensuring seamless coordination of events from start to finish. Your responsibilities encompass the entire event lifecycle, including selling event spaces, menu planning, agenda setting, event diagramming, and detailing all aspects related to food, beverage, and audio-visual needs. Additionally, you will manage onsite event execution and oversee billing and post-event evaluations. Business development is a crucial part of this role as you will actively seek new opportunities to increase catering business and optimize revenue across the three hotels.

The company provides an attractive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its colleagues. These benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive medical and vision insurance, a 401(k) and Retirement Savings Plan, life and disability insurances, paid time off, vacation time that increases with tenure, paid holidays, compassionate leave, and adoption assistance, among others.

Additional perks include employee assistance programs, discounted and complimentary rooms at participating Hyatt locations, free meals during shifts, a colleague discount program, tuition reimbursement, and transportation subsidies.
