The Events Marketing Coordinator role at Esri is an essential position within the marketing team, focused on delivering outstanding event experiences for users and stakeholders. In this capacity, you will coordinate Esri’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events that provide platforms for user connection, education, and community engagement. This mid-level, individual contributor position demands a detail-oriented, highly organized professional with at least three years of experience in events or hospitality, showcasing exceptional planning and execution skills.
Your responsibilities will include managing multiple concurrent events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless logistics through vendor management and timeline adherence. The role demands adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and conditions while maintaining a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in events or the hospitality industry
- demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
- experience providing deliverables on time against deadlines
- proven ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external partners
- proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Workfront
- previous use of events management software such as Exhibit Force and Rainfocus
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management, or related field
- ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%

- applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
Job Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience working in events or hospitality industry

- certifications such as CMP or PMP are a plus
