Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience with large sponsorships or agency-side campaigns
- strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- experience with budget and expense management
- cable, telecom, or mobile industry experience preferred

Job Duties
- Negotiate, plan, and execute sponsorship and branding events within the Astound footprint
- investigate, prepare documentation, and recommend new events and sponsorships
- coordinate with market leaders regarding sales, community, and small/medium business events
- respond to unsolicited event and sponsorship requests
- procure and manage vendors and brand ambassadors
- coordinate run-of-show for all planned events
- organize and deliver event materials including signage, banners, and booths
- assist with TV, radio, and digital promotional copy
- coordinate reciprocal media opportunities
- lead social outreach and promotional campaigns
- track budgets, process invoices, and prepare reports
- manage programmer relationships for new event opportunities
- participate in meetings and cross-channel marketing initiatives
- travel up to 40% as required
- weekend availability required
- other duties as assigned
