As the Events Marketing Director at Renewal by Andersen, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving performance, execution, and growth across multiple markets and marketing channels. This position involves overseeing marketing efforts across eight key markets to ensure consistency, scalability, and strong financial outcomes. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who excels in building and developing high-performing teams, driving accountability, and creating a culture focused on continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include owning performance outcomes such as lead generation, cost of marketing, and conversion metrics. You will set, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across all markets, ensuring consistent reporting and accountability. As a hands-on leader, you will coach and develop Marketing Managers and their field teams, building leadership capability through structured coaching and development planning. You will also coordinate execution strategies across multiple channels and markets, guaranteeing alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
Furthermore, you will identify performance gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and results. Establishing and enforcing processes that support operational excellence and disciplined execution is critical. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to create predictable, scalable results by holding leaders accountable to clear expectations and performance goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who is passionate about performance-driven marketing, particularly in lead generation, cost efficiency, and conversion optimization. The role demands a leader with a strong analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable strategies and driving improvements in processes and accountability systems.
Renewal by Andersen offers a welcoming work environment with comprehensive benefits that support employee well-being and work-life balance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) plans with yearly bonuses and health savings account (HSA) contributions; paid holidays and PTO; and employee product discounts. Joining Renewal by Andersen as an Events Marketing Director means contributing to a culture that values growth, innovation, and leadership impact on a national scale.
