Job Description

TEAM is an award-winning experiential marketing agency renowned for its unique and impactful brand experiences. With a mission to captivate audiences and create unforgettable moments, TEAM partners with leading brands to deliver marketing campaigns deeply rooted in strategy and insights gleaned from decades of experience. Unlike traditional agencies that focus on slogans or hashtags, TEAM emphasizes the power of real human connection through experiential marketing, crafting moments that not only inspire but also foster genuine brand love. The agency prides itself on a fun, collaborative, and hard-working culture within a supportive office environment, ensuring that its employees thrive both professionally and personally.

The role of Events Manager at TEAM is a dynamic and senior position that plays a critical role in the success of the company’s regional B2B events program. This role specifically manages events within the enterprise technology sector, including significant regional conferences, partner summits, and exclusive executive briefings. As an Events Manager, you will orchestrate every aspect of the event lifecycle, from initial planning and contract negotiations with suppliers and venues, through to on-site execution and post-event analysis. Your ability to juggle logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and technical details will be vital in ensuring each event runs seamlessly and exceeds client expectations.

Moreover, this position demands strong leadership skills as you will oversee and provide direction to vendor staff, ensuring consistent service excellence and performance standards at all events. The role also involves close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of communication to align event objectives tightly with broader marketing strategies. By analyzing event performance through metrics and feedback, you will continuously improve the quality and impact of these experiences.

In addition to managing traditional in-person events, the role includes responsibility for virtual event elements such as digital booths and live support channels, reflecting the evolving landscape of experiential marketing. Proficiency in digital tools and systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms such as Asana or Smartsheet is essential. The role also requires excellent communication abilities, resilience under pressure, and a meticulous approach to planning and execution.

Overall, the Events Manager at TEAM is more than an event coordinator; you are a strategic partner who helps build authentic connections between brands and their audiences through expertly managed, innovative, and memorable events. Your work will directly support TEAM’s reputation as a leader in experiential marketing, ensuring clients receive not only flawless events but also impactful results that drive brand success.
