As the Events Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, from pre-race planning through execution. This includes overseeing course setup, arranging start and finish lines, coordinating waste management and medical services, and managing online registration platforms. Collaboration is essential in this role, involving work with local officials, sponsors, law enforcement, health departments, entertainment teams, timing partners, race crews, and subcontractors. You will be expected to adhere strictly to Fleet Feet Brand Standards and Guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all events.

Volunteer coordination is another key component of the role. The Events Manager will recruit, assign, and manage volunteers for various event roles, fostering a supportive and efficient team environment.
