The role of Events Manager at Next Health is an integral position that contributes directly to the company’s mission by driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic event execution. This full-time position, based in West Hollywood, CA, operates on a hybrid remote work model and offers a competitive salary of up to $70,304 annually with benefits. The Events Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of events, including wellness activations, grand openings, corporate partnerships, member experiences, and brand collaborations. The position requires a forward-thinking professional who can plan, oversee, and analyze events that engage the community, enhance member acquisition and retention, and reflect the luxury and innovation core to the Next Health brand.
In this capacity, the Events Manager collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Membership, and Executive leadership. These collaborations ensure that every event aligns with business objectives while delivering a high-end experience that resonates with Next Health’s clientele. The role demands a high degree of ownership, accountability, and innovation, requiring the manager to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Beyond planning and execution, the Events Manager will also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners, managing event budgets effectively, and leveraging analytics to optimize event success and return on investment. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, event management, business, or related field preferred
- minimum 3-5 years of event management experience
- experience planning luxury, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle events preferred
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- experience with vendor and sponsor management
- proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight
- strong analytical skills
- effective stakeholder engagement
Job Qualifications
