Job Description

Next Health is a pioneering organization in the field of functional medicine and wellness, committed to advancing health optimization and longevity. Established over nine years ago, Next Health has grown rapidly to become a leader in the health and wellness industry across the United States, consistently demonstrating a passion for innovation and a dedication to improving lives. The company’s expertise lies in the application of cutting-edge health science and technology to empower individuals to achieve their highest levels of vitality, performance, and overall well-being. With a focus on delivering transformative health experiences, Next Health operates a comprehensive wellness platform that integrates a luxury lifestyle approach with proven medical science, making it a trusted name among those seeking to enhance their longevity and quality of life.

As the Events Manager at Next Health, you will hold a critical role in shaping and elevating the company’s brand presence through the design and execution of world-class events and strategic community engagement programs. Your primary responsibility will be to create impactful, memorable experiences that resonate with Next Health’s target audiences, helping to increase brand awareness, attract new members, and retain existing clientele. The role is multifaceted, encompassing event planning, logistics coordination, vendor and sponsor relationship management, budgeting, and performance evaluation, all aimed at ensuring every event aligns with the company’s standards of innovation, luxury, and excellence.

In this position, you will lead diverse event initiatives such as wellness activations, grand openings, exclusive member experiences, and collaborative ventures involving corporate partnerships and brand collaborations. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, clinical teams, membership departments, and executive leadership to ensure events contribute meaningfully to business objectives while delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You will be expected to apply your project management skills by taking full ownership of event processes, from conceptualization to execution and post-event analysis.

The role demands a high degree of creativity, organizational prowess, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Success in this role means delivering consistent, high-quality experiences that deepen engagement, foster brand loyalty, and uphold Next Health’s mission of transforming lives through functional medicine. You will also utilize data analytics to measure event outcomes, optimize strategies, and maximize return on investment, thereby directly contributing to the company’s expansion and success. This position offers the opportunity to be a passionate ambassador for Next Health’s mission and values, both internally and throughout the communities served.

The Events Manager role is based in West Hollywood, CA, with a hybrid remote working arrangement. The expected salary for this role is $70,304 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee wellness resources. This role is ideal for a dynamic events professional with experience in the luxury, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare sectors, who is eager to make a meaningful impact in a patient-centered, innovative healthcare organization.
