Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, and live event programs
- Understanding of brand marketing strategies
- Knowledge of luxury customer behavior
- Proven experience managing projects from ideation to execution
- Skilled in large budget management
- Experience with contract and vendor management
- Ability to travel up to 75 percent of the time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in corporate management of marketing, communications, advertising, and live event programs
- Understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies
- Knowledge of luxury customer behavior and trends
- Proven record of executing innovative ideas thoughtfully
- Experience managing projects from ideation to execution
- Understanding of hospitality industry trends
- Success in large budget management
- Experience contracting and managing third-party vendors and onsite logistics
- Preferably automotive or luxury industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail especially in editing and proofreading
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Canva and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

Job Duties
- Lead the creation and execution of customer, dealer, and internal stakeholder experiences for Porsche Financial Services, Bentley Financial Services, and Lamborghini Financial Services
- Oversee all aspects of event management within the US including site selection, vendor negotiations, event registration, contract management, tax reporting, PR and PO management, onsite staffing, and post-event analysis
- Collaborate closely with Experiential and Brand OEMs teams to integrate Financial Services and PAI into events
- Manage key event types including dealer incentive trips, F&I roundtables, new model launches, all-team meetings, product activations, and investor meetings
- Design and coordinate executive agendas, Run of Shows, and talking points ensuring brand consistency and seamless delivery
- Oversee event budgets to meet financial objectives while managing third-party agencies, vendors, and suppliers
- Supervise event technology including web portals, apps, marketing materials, reports, and presentations
