The role of Events Manager at Next Health is integral to driving the brand’s presence and community engagement. You will be responsible for creating, planning, coordinating, and executing world-class events that enhance brand awareness, support member acquisition and retention, and foster meaningful connections in the wellness community. This includes managing everything from wellness activations and grand openings to member experiences and corporate partnerships. The position requires close collaboration with various internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Membership, and Executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.

This full-time role is based in a hybrid remote capacity in West Hollywood, CA, and offers an annual salary of up to $70,304 along with comprehensive benefits. As an Events Manager, you will manage event logistics, vendor and sponsor relationships, budgeting, and post-event performance analysis to ensure successful and measurable outcomes. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, event management, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of event management experience
  • Experience planning luxury, hospitality, wellness, healthcare, fitness, or lifestyle events preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully executing events that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and event budgets

Job Duties

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical, Membership, and Executive leadership teams
  • Analyze event performance using data and metrics to optimize future initiatives
