Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant event planning experience
- Experience working in a hotel or luxury venue environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to be present on-site during events

Job Duties
- Own all phases of the event lifecycle: planning, coordination, and on-site execution
- Craft and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and diagrams
- Lead pre-event meetings and walkthroughs with clients and internal teams
- Communicate with culinary, banquet, AV, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless flow
- Provide on-site leadership during events, solving problems with poise and precision
- Ensure brand standards, service excellence, and safety protocols are always in tune
- Evaluate each event post-show and share insights for continuous improvement
