Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in event planning or management or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of events simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect events to business outcomes
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High ownership mindset
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Strong budget management skills including forecasting, negotiating vendor contracts, and explaining variances
- Familiarity with event tools, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms
- Willingness to travel (~25%) and work on-site in Seattle

Job Duties
- Own and execute 70-90 events annually including trade shows, field events, and hosted experiences
- Manage all aspects of event logistics including vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, shipping, event briefs, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up
- Build and maintain detailed project plans to ensure clear execution across multiple concurrent events
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership to align on event goals and outcomes
- Track budgets, manage invoices, and ensure events are delivered efficiently and within budget
- Travel to key events (~25%) to oversee on-site execution and troubleshoot in real time
- Measure event performance and contribute insights to improve future events
- Identify and pressure-test new event formats, sponsorships, and activations that help us punch above our weight against larger competitors
- Build repeatable processes and templates so the program scales as we grow
