Job Duties
- Conduct client tours of spaces
- create detailed banquet event orders for execution of events
- work closely with banquet department on operations and event execution
- monitor group room blocks and pick up
- generate detailed resumes for operating departments
- maintain detailed accounts and communications of contracts, event orders, and invoices
