Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • seven years event planning experience including logistics and budget management
  • vendor management skills
  • ability to plan and execute multiple events
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • commitment to safety as the utmost priority

Job Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • seven years event planning and logistics experience
  • experience in budget management and oversight
  • vendor management and oversight experience
  • event programming and content development experience
  • strong project management skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders
  • knowledge of corporate branding and communications
  • analytical skills for evaluating event effectiveness

Job Duties

  • Coordinates and plans events from concept through execution
  • manages multiple events simultaneously using strong project management skills
  • collaborates across functions and manages multiple stakeholders effectively
  • communicates clearly and persuasively through strong written and verbal communication
  • applies broad knowledge of Williams’s business, industry, customers, and competitors
  • supports corporate communications, brand initiatives, and executive-level events
  • upholds brand governance while supporting internal communications and reputation management
  • evaluates event effectiveness through post-event reporting, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics to inform future planning and enhance impact
  • performs other duties as assigned
