The company is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Marketing Manager to lead a highly motivated team of Demonstrators responsible for representing the Bathing Solutions brand at numerous local shows, fairs, and festivals. This is a full-time leadership role that demands an energetic individual who thrives on interaction, business growth, and team management. The Events Marketing Manager will be pivotal in developing and managing the event marketing strategy within Riverside County, focusing on event participation that maximizes brand exposure and generates prospective customers.
This role offers a base salary ranging from $800 to $1,200 per week plus commission, reflecting the importance of performance-driven outcomes in this position. Reporting directly to senior management, the Events Marketing Manager will have the autonomy to find and book events strategically, lead and grow their team, and oversee the entire cycle of event preparation, execution, and follow-up. The position requires someone passionate about marketing, enthusiastic about direct customer engagement, and skilled in operational logistics and team leadership.
As the leader of the Event Department, the manager will recruit, hire, train, and mentor Demonstrators who serve as the face of the company at in-person events. Monitoring safety, efficiency, and productivity standards across all event booths is crucial, ensuring that each event not only runs smoothly but also meets or exceeds sales targets. The manager must be proficient in organizing schedules, managing budgets, tracking labor and inventory, and reporting metrics to senior leadership regularly.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Being able to work every weekend is a must, as events primarily occur during this time, and having a reliable vehicle is essential for traveling to various event locations. Basic computer skills are necessary to handle the administrative tasks and reporting functions associated with this role.

Job Requirements
- Team management and leadership experience
- Customer service or business-to-customer marketing experience
- Recruiting and hiring experience as this will be a regular focus
- Great interpersonal skills: you must want to talk with new people and customers, and be decent at it
- Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
- Ability to stand for extended hours while engaging customers at event booths
- At least basic computer literacy for administrative and reporting duties

Job Duties
- Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in
- Generate leads that generate sales and profit from these show and event booths
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators who work alongside you
- Ensure these promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event
- Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for you, your events, and your team
- Weekly maintain, track, and report your department's productivity, labor, inventory, and budget
- Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
- Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments
