- Strong track record of delivering measurable results in fast paced environment
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet sales targets
- Must be reliable and available to attend events and trainings
- Can work during weekends

Job Duties
- Exceeding appointments and demos
- Supervise and coordinate a team of event promoters during local home shows, exhibitions, festivals, fairs, and community gatherings
- Problem solving during events
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as appointments per hour, demos per hour, and sales
- Monitor and manage booth setup, presentation quality, and customer engagement
- Report event performance, sales, and customer leads to management
- Provide on-the-spot guidance and problem-solving during events
