The club offers a variety of amenities, including world-class golf courses, fine dining, and a wide range of social and corporate event spaces. It prides itself on fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that promotes community, leisure, and celebration among its members and their guests.

The Events Manager role at Baltimore Country Club is a pivotal position responsible for the successful planning, selling, and execution of a diverse array of events. The right candidate will have experience in hotels or country clubs and possess a proactive, team-oriented approach combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure. A polished professional presence with excellent communication and networking abilities is essential for fostering long-term beneficial relationships with clients and internal teams alike.

Baltimore Country Club offers a competitive base salary with bonus opportunities tied to budget goals, as well as uncapped bonus potential for surpassing annual plans. The club values the contributions of its staff and provides an engaging work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. The Events Manager position requires flexibility, including the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
