Bathing Solutions is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Events Marketing Manager to spearhead its Event Department, managing a team of Demonstrators. This is a full-time role focused on promoting the company’s brand in-person at a variety of local shows, fairs, and festivals throughout Riverside County. The Events Marketing Manager has a crucial role in increasing the company’s reach and customer base by coordinating, leading, and optimizing marketing activities performed during these public events.
The successful candidate will be the driving force behind discovering, booking, and executing participation in popular weekend events within the designated territory. In addition to showing and marketing Bathing Solutions’ products firsthand, the Events Marketing Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and mentoring a capable team of Demonstrators who share the passion for excellent customer engagement and sales performance. The position requires leadership in setting clear goals, managing team and inventory logistics, ensuring safety and compliance during event setups and takedowns, and maintaining detailed records of productivity, labor costs, and budget adherence.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within your designated territory to demonstrate in
- Generate leads that generate sales and profit from these show and event booths
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage your team of Event Demonstrators who work alongside you
- Ensure these promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event
- Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for you, your events, and your team
- Weekly maintain, track, and report your department's productivity, labor, inventory, and budget
- Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
- Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments
