Job Duties
- Manage Tripleseat for all venues
- focus on large party dining in all venues
- plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
- create and manage budgets for all assigned events
- negotiate costs and services with vendors
- book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and decorations, coordinate audiovisual equipment and operation, make travel arrangements
- manage on-site production and clean up for events as necessary
- coordinate logistics for shipping supplies and staff travel to event locations
- work with venues to create or revise room layouts and seating arrangements
- create event sponsorship packages and lead solicitation and securing of sponsorships
- ensure events are completed smoothly and resolve any issues
- analyze event success and prepare reports
