Job Duties

  • Manage Tripleseat for all venues
  • focus on large party dining in all venues
  • plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives
  • create and manage budgets for all assigned events
  • negotiate costs and services with vendors
  • book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies and decorations, coordinate audiovisual equipment and operation, make travel arrangements
  • manage on-site production and clean up for events as necessary
  • coordinate logistics for shipping supplies and staff travel to event locations
  • work with venues to create or revise room layouts and seating arrangements
  • create event sponsorship packages and lead solicitation and securing of sponsorships
  • ensure events are completed smoothly and resolve any issues
  • analyze event success and prepare reports
