The Events Lead/Events Manager role at OneHope is far more than a traditional event planning position. Success in this role requires managing complex logistics such as negotiating and overseeing contracts for venues, speakers, audiovisual needs, and talent while managing large event budgets responsibly. The Events Lead will develop an annual event strategy aligned with organizational priorities and execute each event with exceptional attention to detail. This includes handling all operational details like travel, accommodations, and on-site logistics, while ensuring that every event delivers a transformational experience that connects partners meaningfully to OneHope’s mission. Collaboration is key, as this role requires leading cross-functional teams to create unified and unforgettable experiences.

In addition to event execution, the Events Manager will drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading post-event reviews, gathering data and insights, and refining future events to maximize impact and mission outcomes. The role also supports broader Advancement strategies that contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization.
