The Events Coordinator plays a crucial role within Life Time's Events and Corporate Communications team, with a primary focus on adult sports programming such as Squash, Racquetball, Pickleball, and UHoops. This position is responsible for supporting the planning, logistics, and execution of various events and programs designed to engage members and foster a sense of community within the club. Coordinating both internal and external resources, the Events Coordinator ensures that all adult sports events are run smoothly, enhancing member retention by delivering a memorable and successful experience that aligns with Life Time’s Mission and Vision. This role involves a combination of organizational, communication, and project management skills to deliver measurable results and uphold the company’s high standards for customer service and event excellence. The position may require travel and an ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of members and stakeholders. Throughout the role, attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple event components simultaneously will be key to success. Whether administering event logistics, supporting marketing campaigns, or engaging with members to promote club programs, the Events Coordinator is essential in fostering Life Time's vibrant and inclusive club culture.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- CPR and AED certified
- Ability to travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Extensive knowledge of all club activities and promotions
- Excellent customer service and promotional skills
- Ability to build relationships with members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- CPR and AED certified

Job Duties
- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
